From this Report, which has beɩn approved by Bir Austi Chamberlain, it will be seen that the decision regardinɛ ti investment of a part of the funds in the completion of the Canton-Hankow Railway is referred to a Board of Trustees which is to be established in China, and no decision in
the mitter will be taken here,

REPORT
OF THE
Further legislation will be required for the establs China Indemnity Advisory Committee
of the Board of Trustees, and it is hoped that a Bill for this purpose will be introduced early in the coming sessi 4. The Advisory Committee's Report will be published shortly; in the meanwhile it should be regarded as confidential, but there is no objection to a copy being sent to the Governor of Hong Kong.
